Appeal Inadmissible Due to Lack of Guardian Consent for Legal Standing in Health Insurance Case
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an individual under guardianship who filed an appeal against a previous ruling made by the Insurance Court of the Canton of Ticino regarding health insurance matters. The appeal was submitted without the necessary consent from the guardian authority, despite a request for such consent. As the consent was not provided within the stipulated timeframe, the appeal was deemed manifestly inadmissible under the applicable legal provisions. Consequently, no judicial costs were to be imposed.
