The Swiss Federal Supreme Court (III. public-law division), acting as a single judge, struck the appeal from the record as withdrawn following the appellant's request of 28 November 2025, thereby letting stand the Canton of Lucerne's Court ruling of 14 July 2025 in this disability insurance (invalidenversicherung) case. The appellant had filed a federal administrative-law appeal against that cantonal judgment; upon the withdrawal, the court ordered that the proceedings be dismissed and that no court costs be imposed, invoking Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 para. 1 BZP, applying the simplified procedure under Art. 32 para. 2 BGG, and waiving fees pursuant to Art. 66 para. 2 BGG.
