Legislator-Zusammenfassung

The case involves a woman appealing a decision made by the social security court regarding disability insurance benefits. She claims to be suffering from a long-term medical condition that has worsened, rendering her unable to work. However, her appeal was deemed insufficient because it did not adequately demonstrate how the lower court's findings were incorrect or why the decision constituted a legal error. The court highlighted that she provided documentation of partial work incapacity and medical treatments but failed to specify how these pertain to her claims against the initial ruling. Consequently, her appeal was declared inadmissible.

Arrêt du 15 juin 2009

IIe Cour de droit social

Composition

M. le Juge U. Meyer, Président.

Greffier: M. Cretton.

Parties

G.________,

recourante,

contre

Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour le canton de Vaud, Avenue du Général-Guisan 8, 1800 Vevey,

intimé.

Objet
