Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court struck the case from the roll after the appellant withdrew its appeal, thereby leaving the lower court's ruling intact. The dispute concerned a social insurance matter under Swiss invalidity insurance law, specifically the entitlement to a child’s allowance for severely disabled minors and the starting date of that entitlement when the degree of disability changes upon reaching an age threshold. The appellant initially challenged the timing of the benefit’s commencement but withdrew its appeal after the Supreme Court resolved an analogous legal question against its position in a parallel case. The Court ordered no court costs and awarded the respondent reduced costs of CHF 1,400, reasoning that the respondent’s submissions had been used, with modifications, in four similar proceedings.

Oggetto

32 cpv. 2 e 71 LTF , in relazione con l' art. 73 cpv. 1 PC ,

che in applicazione dell' art. 66 cpv.

che, conformemente all' art. 68 cpv.
