Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a complaint against a decision by the Federal Administrative Court, which mandated the individual to pay an advance for presumed court fees. The complaint was submitted after the individual complied with the request by making the payment. During the proceedings, the individual raised objections concerning the substance of the case rather than addressing the specific issue of the advance payment, leading to the court determining that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible due to insufficient argumentation. As a result, the court decided not to consider the merits of the case and waived court costs.

Sentenza del 30 giugno 2008

II Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale U. Meyer, Presidente,

cancelliere Grisanti.

Parti

D.________, Italia,

ricorrente, patrocinata dall'avv. Aldo Licci, Via P. Micheli nr. 36, 73100 Lecce, Italia,

contro

Ufficio AI per gli assicurati residenti all'estero, avenue Edmond-Vaucher 18, 1203 Ginevra,

opponente.

Oggetto
