Appeal Dismissed for Non-Payment of Cost Advance Deposit in Invalidity Insurance Case
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an appeal made by an appellant against a decision of the Social Insurance Court of the Canton of Zurich regarding disability insurance. The appellant filed the appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal after an unfavorable ruling by the lower court. The Federal Tribunal, however, dismissed the request for free legal assistance on the grounds that the appeal lacked prospects of success and required the appellant to pay an advance on costs. Despite being given additional time to fulfill this requirement, the appellant failed to do so, leading to the dismissal of their complaint. The court decided not to enter into the appeal and waived the court fees associated with it.
