Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a complaint regarding a health insurance matter against a cooperative company. The complaint was submitted to the Federal Tribunal following a decision from the Cantonal Insurance Court that took place in December 2010. The individual’s appeal was found to lack the necessary formal requirements, such as specific conclusions and a proper explanation of how the previous court's assessment was incorrect or violated the law. Consequently, the appeal was declared inadmissible, and no court fees were imposed due to the circumstances of the case.

Sentenza dell'8 marzo 2011

II Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale U. Meyer, Presidente,

Partecipanti al procedimento

H.__________,

ricorrente,

contro

Società Cooperativa KPT/CPT Cassa malati, Tellstrasse 18, 3000 Berna 22,

opponente.

Oggetto

66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF),

per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

Luzern, 8 marzo 2011
