qu'il se justifie de statuer sans frais judiciaires ( art. 66 al. 2 LTF ),
par ces motifs, la Juge unique ordonne :
1. La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2. Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, au Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais, Cour des assurances sociales, et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
