Inadmissibility of Appeal Due to Non-Payment of Advance on Costs
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case at hand involves a dispute regarding invalidity insurance between an individual and the relevant office for insured individuals residing abroad. The individual filed an appeal against a decision from the Federal Administrative Court, which had been issued earlier in February 2008. Following procedural requirements, the individual was required to pay a fee in advance by a set deadline but failed to do so, despite being granted extensions and the opportunity to be partially exempted from the payment. Consequently, the Supreme Court deemed the appeal inadmissible due to the lack of payment within the stipulated timeframe. No court fees were imposed due to the circumstances of the case.

Oggetto
66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF),
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
