Failure to Justify Appealable Interest Against Insurer
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involved an appellant disputing a decision by the insurance court of the canton of Solothurn, which had refused to proceed with their complaint against an insurance company due to the lack of a contestable object. The appellant had submitted a complaint on January 28, 2019, but the canton court decided not to enter into the matter, leading to the appellant's further complaint being filed on March 12, 2019. The complaint did not provide a substantive reason why the canton court should have entertained the original submission, and there were procedural limitations due to the expiration of the appeal deadline. The appellant also requested free legal assistance and an interpreter, which were denied because the complaint did not meet the legal requirements for consideration. The canton court had asked the insurance company to consider issuing a disputable decision, but ultimately, no court costs were levied against the appellant.

KI-generiertApplied to declare the appeal inadmissible under the simplified procedure.
Applies to the rejection of the request for free legal assistance.
Used to decide not to charge court fees, although generally the appellant would be liable for costs (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Although repeatedly mentioned in the reasoning regarding inadmissibility, it is not explicitly cited in the dispositive (the final orders 1. to 4.). The relevant procedural article used for the ultimate decision on inadmissibility is Art. 108 BGG.

A.________,

Beschwerdegegnerin.
Gegenstand
Krankenversicherung,
Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons Solothurn
vom 12. Februar 2019 (VSBES.2019.26).
in Erwägung,
