The case involves a legal appeal regarding disability insurance, in which the appellant contested a ruling from the Cantonal Court of Insurance. The appellant submitted a recourse on March 2, 2012, against a judgment made on January 30, 2012. However, the appellant failed to pay a required advance fee by the supplementary deadline set by the court, leading to the ruling that the appeal was inadmissible due to non-compliance with the court's procedural requirements. As a result, the court declared the recourse inadmissible without any judicial costs being imposed.

Ufficio dell'assicurazione invalidità del Cantone Ticino, via Ghiringhelli 15a, 6500 Bellinzona,

opponente.

Oggetto

108 cpv. 1 lett. a e cpv.
