Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who contested a decision regarding disability insurance benefits awarded by a Swiss authority. Initially, the authority granted the individual a full pension for a specific period, followed by a reduced pension thereafter. Upon appealing this decision, the administrative tribunal partially supported the individual's claim, adjusting the pension timeline. The individual subsequently filed a further appeal to the Federal Tribunal, which assessed the appeal's validity. However, the Federal Tribunal found the legal arguments presented in the appeal to be inadequate and insufficiently substantiated, ultimately ruling the appeal as inadmissible.

Arrêt du 29 mars 2012

IIe Cour de droit social

Composition

M. le Juge U. Meyer, Président.

Greffier: M. Bouverat.

Participants à la procédure

T.________, France,
