Claimant Withdraws Federal Appeal After Interlocutory Cost Order
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertClaimant Withdraws Federal Appeal After Interlocutory Cost Order A claimant attempted to challenge a cantonal court's interlocutory decision from February 2, 2024, which had required them to pre-pay a CHF 600 cost advance within 30 days—under threat of inadmissibility—for their appeal against an invalidity insurance office decision. The claimant subsequently withdrew the federal appeal on June 27, 2024. Consequently, the Federal Court ordered the removal of the case from the docket due to the withdrawal, applying Article 32 para. 2 in connection with Article 71 of the Federal Statute on the Federal Supreme Court and Article 73 para. 1 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Act, and ruled that no judicial costs would be charged.

Objet
Assurance-invalidité,
recours contre la décision du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud du 2 février 2024 (AJ24000343/ZD24.004504).
Vu :
