Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA case was brought before the Swiss Federal Tribunal involving a legal dispute over cantonal and communal taxes for the fiscal years 2014-2018 in the Canton of Vaud. The appellants, identified by their initials, contested a decision made by the Vaud Cantonal Court's Administrative and Public Law Division on December 28, 2022. They filed an appeal on February 3, 2023, against this decision concerning the admissibility condition. The court required the appellants to provide an advance payment for the court costs, initially by March 13, 2023, and then by an extended deadline of March 31, 2023, warning that failure to pay would result in the appeal being deemed inadmissible. The appellants did not meet the financial requirement, resulting in procedural actions following the stipulations outlined in art. 62 of the Swiss Federal Tribunal Act.

intimée.
Objet
