In this case, an individual residing in Spain filed a legal challenge against a previous decision by the Federal Administrative Court concerning disability insurance benefits. The claimant argued that his health impairments, which he believed had been sufficiently documented by medical reports, warranted recognition for a total and permanent disability payment from the Spanish social security system. However, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal insufficiently argued, as it primarily listed health issues without adequately demonstrating legal errors in the prior ruling, leading to a determination that the appeal was inadmissible.

Arrêt du 19 janvier 2011

IIe Cour de droit social

Composition

M. le Juge U. Meyer, Président.

Greffière: Mme Moser-Szeless.

Participants à la procédure

M.________, Espagne,

recourant,

contre

Meyer Moser-Szeless
