Dismissal of Constitutional Appeal Due to Appellant's Resignation and Costs Awarded Against Appellant
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a party filed a constitutional complaint against a decision made by the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zug on June 6, 2014, regarding public personnel law. Subsequently, the party requested to withdraw their secondary constitutional complaint, leading to a consideration of whether the case could be dismissed due to a lack of legal interest or on account of the withdrawal itself. Notably, the party had previously assumed a temporary position, which was extended, but later resigned from their judicial role. The court ultimately decided to dismiss the case, imposing court costs on the party that initiated the proceedings, while noting that the opposing party was not entitled to compensation for legal fees incurred during their official duties.
