Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed an appeal concerning two judgments related to unemployment and health insurance, presumably from a cantonal court. The individual failed to submit the required judgments within the given deadline, despite being warned that lack of compliance would result in the Federal Tribunal not considering the appeal. The appeal was vague, lacking sufficient detail to clarify the exact nature of the dispute or how the previous judgments were allegedly contrary to the law. Consequently, the appeal did not meet the necessary legal requirements and was deemed inadmissible.

Arrêt du 1er février 2010

Ire Cour de droit social

Composition

M. le Juge Frésard, en qualité de juge unique.

Greffier: M. Métral.

Parties

I.________,

recourant,

Objet

Assurance-chômage (assurance-maladie),

Considérant en fait et en droit:

que I.________ a interjeté un recours contre deux jugements rendus en matière d'assurance-chômage et d'assurance-maladie, vraisemblablement par le Tribunal cantonal vaudois;

qu'il n'a pas produit les jugements entrepris dans le délai qui lui avait été imparti avec l'avertissement qu'à défaut, le Tribunal fédéral n'entrerait pas en matière sur le recours;

que le recourant conclut à l'octroi d'allocations de chômage, sans autre précision, et qu'il présente une motivation insuffisante pour comprendre sur quoi porte exactement le litige et en quoi les jugements entrepris seraient contraires au droit;

que partant, le recours ne répond pas aux exigences de l' art. 42 al. 1, 2 et 3 LTF et n'est pas recevable;
