Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal dispute concerning a claim for child benefits in the context of disability insurance, where an individual filed a complaint against a cantonal office responsible for such benefits. The individual contested a judgment made by the cantonal social insurance court that took place in late October 2010. However, the Swiss Federal Tribunal determined that the individual's appeal lacked sufficient motivation and did not adequately address the legal violations related to the prior judgment. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal declared the appeal inadmissible, choosing not to impose court fees.

Arrêt du 21 décembre 2010

Ire Cour de droit social

Composition
