in das Schreiben vom 18. April 2023, worin die Gesellschaft A.________ die Beschwerde vom 4. Februar 2022 (Poststempel) gegen das Urteil des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 20. Dezember 2021 zurückzieht,

in Erwägung,

dass die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 71 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist,

dass die Beschwerdeführerin nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 bis 3 BGG in reduziertem Umfang kostenpflichtig wird,

verfügt der Präsident:

1. Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

2. Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3. Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit und B.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.
