The case involves an appeal regarding unemployment insurance, where the appellant challenged a prior ruling made by the Cantonal Court of Social Insurance. The appeal was filed on October 13, 2012, against a decision dated September 24, 2012. The appellant's arguments centered around alleged inaccuracies in the court's assessment of facts and violations of legal standards. However, the appeal was deemed inadequate as it failed to demonstrate how the initial judgment was significantly incorrect or legally flawed, leading to its dismissal on the grounds of being inadmissible. Additionally, the court indicated that the appellant would bear the costs associated with the proceedings.

Sentenza del 3 dicembre 2012

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Ursprung, Presidente,

cancelliere Schäuble.

Partecipanti al procedimento

G.________,

ricorrente,

Cassa Disoccupazione Cristiano Sociale OCST, via Serafino Balestra 19, 6900 Lugano,

Oggetto
