Swiss unemployment insurance appeal withdrawn after jurisdictional transfer to Bern administrative court—case struck from docket with no costs under Art. 32(2) LTF.
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Swiss Federal Tribunal (I Social Law Court) struck the case from the docket and ordered no court costs, effectively granting the appellant's withdrawal of its appeal. The appellant had challenged a lower court ruling (Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino, 10 September 2014) that declined jurisdiction in a Swiss unemployment insurance matter and transferred the case to the Administrative Court of Canton Berna. The appeal was discontinued by the appellant's new counsel on 10 October 2014. The Tribunal applied Article 32(2) LTF (striking withdrawn appeals), Article 5(2) PC with Article 71 LTF (court costs), and Article 66(2) LTF (waiver of costs on withdrawal), waiving the court fee.
