Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal appeal filed against a decision by the Tribunal of Social Insurance of the Canton of Ticino, pertaining to insurance coverage for accidents. The appeal was submitted to the Federal Tribunal but was deemed inadmissible due to the lack of specific contestations or motivations from the appellant. The appellant had indicated an intention to provide further reasons for the appeal within a week but failed to include any substantive arguments in the initial filing. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal ruled that the absence of motivation rendered the appeal unworthy of consideration, thereby leading to its rejection.

Sentenza del 26 ottobre 2016

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Maillard, Presidente,

Cancelliere Bernasconi.

Partecipanti al procedimento

A.________,

ricorrente,

contro

Istituto nazionale svizzero di assicurazione contro

gli infortuni, Divisione giuridica, Fluhmattstrasse 1, 6004 Lucerna,

opponente.

Oggetto

42 cpv. 1 LTF ),

che nei motivi occorre spiegare ( art. 42 cpv. 2 LTF ) in modo conciso in quale misura l'atto impugnato viola il diritto ( art. 95 e 96 LTF ) o contiene accertamenti inesatti ( art. 97 cpv. 2 LTF ),

DTF 132 I 42 consid. 3.3.4 pag. 47),

DTF 135 I 19 consid. 2.2 pag. 21 seg.),
