Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court declared the claimant's appeal inadmissible and dismissed it, upholding the lower court's decision. The claimant had appealed a cantonal court judgment concerning unemployment insurance, but her brief failed to provide the required legal reasoning under Article 42(2) of the Federal Supreme Court Act, as it did not explain how the challenged decision violated the law. Consequently, the Court did not enter into the merits of the case, and no judicial costs were imposed.

Art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF

Procedural basis for the simplified procedure declaring the appeal inadmissible due to manifestly insufficient motivation.

Art. 108 al. 2 LTF

Objet
