Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who appealed a decision by the Cantonal Social Insurance Court regarding the suspension of their unemployment benefits. The court had previously declared the appeal irreceivable, citing that the individual's allegations were too vague to constitute a properly motivated appeal. The individual subsequently filed a public law appeal against this ruling, which the higher court found to be inadequately substantiated, ultimately leading to the declaration of the appeal as irreceivable due to insufficient motivation per the legal requirements.

8C_593/2011

Arrêt du 19 septembre 2011

Ire Cour de droit social

Composition
