Claimant's Withdrawal of Appeal in Employment Dispute Against Municipality
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, an individual filed a legal remedy against a judgment issued by a cantonal court. The individual subsequently decided to withdraw the appeal, which led to the case being removed from the court's docket. The court acknowledged this withdrawal and noted that since the other party was acting in an official capacity, they would not be entitled to any costs. Additionally, it was determined that the individual who filed the appeal would be responsible for the judicial costs incurred.

Cited in the dispositive as the basis for reducing the court fees charged to the appellant.
Cited in the reasoning as the basis for denying costs to the respondent, who was acting in official capacity (although not explicitly repeated in the dispositive, it explains the lack of a costs order against the respondent, which is a procedural outcome).
