Welfare appeal withdrawn: discontinuance of proceedings and waiver of court costs under Articles 71 BGG and 73(1) BZP.
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Swiss Federal Supreme Court struck the case from the docket, ordering no court costs, because the appellant withdrew the appeal. The withdrawal terminated the proceedings against the cantonal decision of 6 June 2008, which therefore remains in force. The case concerned a welfare/social assistance dispute in which the appellant challenged the cantonal administrative court's ruling. Procedurally, the discontinuance was based on the withdrawal under Article 71 BGG and Article 73(1) BZP, applied in the simplified procedure of Article 32(2) BGG; costs were waived under Article 66(2) BGG.
