Appeal Inadmissible Due to Failure to Pay Cost Advance
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, the complainant filed an appeal against a decision made by the Administrative Court of Aargau regarding social assistance. The appeal was prompted by the refusal of a request for free legal aid, which was denied on the grounds of the appeal being considered hopeless. The complainant was subsequently required to pay a deposit for costs, which was not fulfilled within the specified timeframe. Consequently, the court decided not to proceed with the appeal due to the lack of compliance with the cost requirement, resulting in the imposition of court costs on the complainant.
