Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case revolves around a legal dispute concerning unemployment insurance, where an individual filed a public law appeal against a judgment made by the Social Insurance Court of Vaud canton. The appeal, submitted after an earlier ruling on the individual's claims against the unemployment insurance fund, was found to be inadequately motivated. The court highlighted that the reasons provided in the appeal did not sufficiently explain how the contested judgment violated the law. Consequently, the appeal was declared inadmissible, and no court fees were imposed.

Arrêt du 14 juillet 2011

Ire Cour de droit social

Composition
