Legislator-Zusammenfassung

The Swiss Federal Court (I Social Law Division) declared the insured’s appeal inadmissible, upholding the Cantonal Insurance Court of Ticino’s decision; the claimant did not prevail. The dispute concerned an accident insurance claim, where the insured challenged the lower court’s ruling, but his appeal failed to meet the formal requirements of Art. 42(1)–(2) LTF (no conclusions, no concise explanation of legal violation, and no showing of incorrect or incomplete factual findings under Art. 97(1)–(2) LTF). The appeal rested on a conclusory allegation of unfairness and a newly submitted medical certificate issued after the challenged judgment, which was inadmissible as new evidence under Art. 99(1) LTF. No costs were imposed (Art. 66(1) LTF); the lower judgment remains in force.

Sentenza del 4 luglio 2013

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Leuzinger, Presidente,

cancelliere Schäuble.

Partecipanti al procedimento

C.________,

ricorrente,

contro
