The case involves a legal dispute concerning an appeal related to accident insurance, specifically addressing the procedural prerequisites for a claim. The appeal was filed against a decision from the Federal Insurance Tribunal in the Canton of Ticino, which had initially been issued on April 1, 2015. The Federal Tribunal examined the timeliness of the appeal, which was submitted on May 28, 2015, but deemed late according to the statutory deadline, as the appeal period had expired on May 12, 2015, following a suspension due to the Easter holiday. Consequently, the appeal was ruled inadmissible, and the court decided not to impose any judicial costs.

Sentenza dell'8 giugno 2015

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Leuzinger, Presidente,

Cancelliere Bernasconi.

Partecipanti al procedimento

A.________, Italia,

ricorrente,

contro

108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF ,
