Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an appeal by an individual who has been receiving social assistance benefits since 2011, against the decision of the Insurance Tribunal of the Canton of Ticino dated April 29, 2019, which rejected the individual's appeals concerning the denial of certain cost coverages. The appeal challenges the Tribunal's decision on the grounds of the alleged violation of cantonal law. However, the Federal Tribunal noted that the appeal failed to provide a detailed and specific explanation addressing the claims of fundamental rights violation and did not meet the requirements necessary for an appeal to the Federal Tribunal. The individual had previously been informed about the limited scope of review available for cantonal law violations within the context of arbitrariness. The case was handled through a simplified procedure as the submission did not satisfy the necessary criteria.

Sentenza del 6 giugno 2019

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Maillard, Presidente,

Cancelliere Bernasconi.

Partecipanti al procedimento

A.________,

ricorrente,

contro

Ufficio del sostegno sociale e dell'inserimento del Cantone Ticino (USSI), viale Officina 6, 6500 Bellinzona,

opponente.

Oggetto

Assistenza sociale (presupposto processuale),
