The case involves an appeal against a decision made by the Tribunal des assurances of Vaud on March 14, 2007, which rejected a challenge by an individual against a prior ruling from December 2, 2004, related to mandatory accident insurance. The appellant filed a public law appeal against this judgment, but the court found that the appeal did not meet the necessary legal requirements for the submission of motives, as the appellant only referenced previous judgments and documents without adequately explaining how the contested decision violated the law. Additionally, the appellant failed to respond to requests for further clarification of the appeal's motivations. As a result, the appeal was declared inadmissible.

Art. 108 al. 1 et 2 LTF

Used to declare the appeal inadmissible because it did not meet the requirements of Art. 42 al. 1 and 2 LTF.

Art. 66 al. 1 LTF

Although not explicitly cited in the dispositive, the order 'Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice' implies the application of the relevant procedural rule concerning court fees, which is Art. 66 LTF (though the decision structure is typical for Art. 66 LTF application when fees are waived).
