Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an appeal concerning injury insurance, where the appellant contested a decision made by the Insurance Court of the Canton of Ticino on March 18, 2015. The appellant argued against the court's finding regarding the absence of a causal link in their claim for insurance benefits. However, the review of the appeal revealed that the appellant failed to adequately address the reasoning provided by the lower court and based their arguments on a medical opinion that was issued after the initial judgment. Consequently, the appeal was deemed manifestly inadmissible under Swiss law.

Sentenza dell'8 giugno 2015

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Leuzinger, Presidente,

Cancelliere Bernasconi.

Partecipanti al procedimento

A.________, Italia, patrocinato dall'avv. Giovanni Cianni,

ricorrente,

contro
