Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal appeal against a decision made by the Cantonal Court of Social Insurance regarding unemployment insurance. The appellant filed a challenge to the court's ruling from March 9, 2015, but failed to pay the required advance for court fees by the deadline set by the Federal Court. Consequently, the Federal Court deemed the appeal manifestly inadmissible due to the non-payment of these fees, leading to a straightforward resolution of the case without incursions of judicial costs.

Sentenza del 23 giugno 2015

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Leuzinger, Presidente,

Cancelliere Bernasconi.

Partecipanti al procedimento

A.________,

ricorrente,

contro

Sezione del lavoro del Cantone Ticino, Ufficio giuridico, piazza Governo, 6500 Bellinzona,

opponente.

Oggetto

108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF ,
