Withdrawal of Public Service Appeal and Cost Allocation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an individual who filed a public law appeal and a subsidiary constitutional appeal against a judgment from the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice. The individual later submitted a letter to withdraw these appeals, referencing a comparable ruling issued earlier by the Swiss Federal Tribunal. Consequently, the Tribunal acknowledged the withdrawal of the appeals and decided to remove the case from its docket, while imposing court fees on the appellant. The ruling also noted that the opposing party, which acted in the exercise of its official duties, is not entitled to recover costs.
