Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a legal appeal against a ruling by the social insurance court of the Fribourg canton related to unemployment insurance. The appeal was submitted to the Federal Tribunal, contesting that the court had not adequately considered certain amounts during its judgment. However, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal lacking in sufficient motivation and clarity regarding how the lower court's decision violated the law, ultimately leading to the conclusion that the appeal was inadmissible. No court fees were imposed in this instance.

Arrêt du 30 mars 2012

Ire Cour de droit social

Composition
