Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case revolves around a legal challenge regarding accident insurance in Switzerland. An individual filed a recourse against a January 2014 ruling by the Cantonal Insurance Tribunal, asserting that the decision violated their rights. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the individual's appeal did not adequately address the justifications of the original ruling and largely repeated previous arguments without proper rebuttal. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal deemed the recourse inadmissible, citing insufficient motivation, and also rejected the request for legal aid due to the lack of any viable prospects for success in the appeal.

Sentenza del 24 marzo 2014

I Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale Ursprung, in qualità di giudice unico,

cancelliere Schäuble.

Partecipanti al procedimento

R.________, Italia, patrocinato dall'avv. Immacolata Iglio Rezzonico,

ricorrente,

contro
