Considérant en fait et en droit :
1. Par acte du 20 novembre 2023, A.________ déclare retirer le recours interjeté dans la cause 7B_773/2023.
Il y a dès lors lieu d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle ( art. 32 al. 2 LTF ).
2. Le recourant, considéré comme la partie succombante, supportera les frais judiciaires, lesquels seront fixés en tenant compte de sa situation financière et des actes d'instruction effectués jusque-là ( art. 5 al. 2 PCF , par renvoi de l' art. 71 LTF ; art. 66 al. 1 et 2 LTF ).
Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne :
1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 7B_773/2023 est rayée du rôle.
2. Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à la Chambre pénale de recours de la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève, et à B.________, Le Grand-Saconnex.
