Il y a lieu d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF ).

2. Le recourant, considéré comme partie succombante, supportera les frais judiciaires, lesquels seront fixés en tenant compte des actes d'instruction effectués jusque-là ( art. 5 al. 2 PCF , par renvoi de l' art. 71 LTF ; art. 66 al. 1 et 2 LTF ).

Par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne :

1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 7B_708/2023 est rayée du rôle.

2. Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 1'000 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

3. Le présent arrêt est communiqué au recourant, au Ministère public de la République et canton de Genève et au Tribunal pénal, Tribunal des mesures de contrainte de la République et canton de Genève.
