The case involves a challenge to a decision made by a cantonal authority regarding the recusal of specific judges in a legal proceeding. The decision contested was from December 22, 2004, and the recourant submitted an appeal to the federal tribunal on January 5, 2005, with an additional submission on January 11, 2005. The tribunal determines that this type of decision is not subject to appeal through the regular channels but rather through a public law appeal, and the requirements for such an appeal were not met in this instance. Consequently, the federal tribunal declared the appeal inadmissible.
