Debtor's Appeal Against Seizure Dismissed for Late Filing and Failure to Demonstrate Federal Law Violation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a complainant challenging a decision made by the supervisory authority for debt collection and bankruptcy in the Canton of Solothurn regarding the seizure of a co-ownership share of a debtor. The complainant had submitted a late appeal against this seizure, citing financial constraints that prevented them from hiring legal counsel. However, the court determined that the complainant failed to adequately demonstrate any violation of federal law by the supervisory authority's decision not to consider the late appeal, which ultimately led to the dismissal of the complaint. Additionally, it was noted that the complainant could have applied for free legal assistance in the earlier proceedings.

Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurskammer
Besetzung
Bundesrichterin Hohl, Präsidentin,
Bundesrichter Meyer, Marazzi,
Gerichtsschreiber Schett.
Parteien
X.________,
Beschwerdeführerin,
gegen
Aufsichtsbehörde für Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs des Kantons Solothurn, Amthaus 1, 4502 Solothurn.
Gegenstand
