Poisoned Cannabis Investigation Refusal Upheld
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, an individual filed a criminal complaint alleging that someone had poisoned a cannabis joint he consumed. The local court dismissed the complaint, stating that there was no evidence to distinguish the effects of the alleged poisoning from the effects of cannabis itself. The appellant appealed this decision to the Federal Tribunal, seeking its annulment. However, the appeal was deemed insufficiently substantiated, as the appellant failed to demonstrate any clear errors in the previous court's findings regarding the lack of evidence for the poisoning claims. Consequently, the court rejected the appeal and imposed judicial costs on the appellant.

Parties
X.________,
recourant,
contre
