Legislator-Zusammenfassung

In this case, a company filed a complaint alleging economic fraud against another entity, but the Chamber of Accusation of Geneva confirmed the closure of the case on September 17, 2008. The complaining company appealed to the Federal Tribunal to annul this decision and to return the matter to the cantonal authorities for further action. The Federal Tribunal ultimately found the appeal to be manifestly inadmissible because the grievances raised were related to the substantive aspects of the case, rather than any formal rights violation. Consequently, the appealing party was ordered to bear the court costs.

Arrêt du 5 novembre 2008

Parties

X.________ Ltd,

recourante, représentée par Me Guy Plantin, avocat,

contre
