The case involves an individual who was found guilty of driving under the influence, following a judgment by a police court. This judgment was later confirmed by the Court of Appeals in the canton of Fribourg. The individual subsequently filed a legal appeal against this decision, contesting the facts that led to the conviction. The Federal Tribunal reviewed the case based on the established facts and the processes of the previous courts, ultimately addressing the legal standards required for appeals.

Arrêt du 29 novembre 2008

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffière: Mme Gehring.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public de l'Etat de Fribourg, rue de Zaehringen 1, 1700 Fribourg,

intimé.

Objet

Schneider Gehring
