Par courrier du 26 août 2020, la Banque A.________ SA a déclaré retirer le recours qu'elle a interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt de la Chambre pénale de recours de la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève du 5 juin 2020. Il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF ), sans frais (cf. art. 66 al. 2 LTF ).
Par ces motifs, la Juge présidant ordonne :
1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_851/2020 est rayée du rôle.
2. Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3. La présente ordonnance est communiquée à la recourante, au Ministère public de la République et canton de Genève et à la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève, Chambre pénale de recours.
