The case involves a legal challenge against a decision made by a cantonal court confirming the inadmissibility of an opposition filed by an individual against a ruling related to a drug offense. The individual had been sentenced to community service and a fine for violating drug laws. Following the cantonal court's ruling, the individual appealed to the Federal Tribunal, seeking annulment of the previous decision and requesting legal assistance due to financial constraints. The individual claimed that they were not informed about the criminal investigation against them, which hindered their ability to respond appropriately. However, their allegations failed to demonstrate any errors in the prior court's findings, rendering the appeal unsuccessful.

Arrêt du 5 novembre 2008

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public de l'État de Fribourg, rue de Zaehringen 1, 1700 Fribourg,

intimé.

Objet
