Complainant's Appeal Dismissed for Failure to Justify Violation of Federal Law
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case revolves around a complaint filed by an individual against a decision made by the Cantonal Court regarding the rejection of a request to waive a cost advance requirement. The individual appealed this decision, but the court opted not to enter into the merits of the appeal due to the failure to pay the required cost advance, which led to the imposition of the costs of the appeal on the individual. The complaint questioned whether the decision, based on cantonal procedural law, violated federal Swiss law, but it did not meet the necessary grounds for consideration under the applicable articles of law. Additionally, the individual's request for compensation for their son was deemed outside the scope of the decision in question, resulting in the dismissal of the appeal.

Urteil vom 5. Februar 2009
Strafrechtliche Abteilung
Besetzung
Bundesrichter Favre, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber Monn.
Parteien
X.________,
Beschwerdeführerin,
gegen
Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Solothurn, Franziskanerhof, Barfüssergasse 28, 4502 Solothurn,
Beschwerdegegnerin.
Gegenstand
