Complainant's Lack of Victim Standing Renders Appeal Inadmissible
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a complainant who filed a criminal complaint for property damage and violation of domicile against an individual. The cantonal court confirmed a previous decision of non-prosecution, which led the complainant to appeal to the Federal Tribunal. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the complainant did not qualify as a victim under the applicable legal standards, and therefore, lacked the procedural standing to appeal against the authorities' refusal to initiate or accept criminal proceedings. As a result, the appeal was declared inadmissible, and the complainant was ordered to bear the court costs.

Objet
