Insult Conviction Without Penalty; Appeal of Remand Decision Inadmissible
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a legal dispute regarding an accusation of defamation, where the original court found the accused party guilty but did not impose a penalty. Following an appeal from the injured party, a higher court annulled the initial judgment and returned the case for sentencing. The accused party subsequently appealed this decision to the Federal Tribunal, seeking either confirmation of the original ruling or its annulment. However, the Federal Tribunal deemed the appeal inadmissible, concluding that the contested decision was an interim one that did not cause irreparable harm and did not warrant further consideration. Consequently, the appealing party was ordered to bear the costs of the court proceedings.

Objet
Injures,
