Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an individual who filed a criminal appeal against an order from the regional public prosecutor's office. This order, issued on September 15, 2011, was a non-admission decision. The appellant was given a five-day period to regularize their appeal by the president of the penal chamber of the cantonal court, but failed to comply appropriately. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal determined that the appeal was inadmissible, citing the relevant legal articles regarding appealability, and as a result, the case was dismissed without judicial costs being imposed on the appellant.
